Sherwood Heights

The community dates back to the 1950s and includes ranch-style and semi-custom homes that consist of half an acre or larger lots nestled in eight subdivisions: Sherwood Heights I, II and III; Sherwood Estates I and II; Fairway Park; and Heritage East I and II. The neighborhood is mostly comprised of two-income-earners, active adults and families with children.
